I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The room, though not large, was modern and well laid out, reminiscent of a river cruise cabin. The sliding door initially mistaken for a closet gave a quirky touch to the room. The service was top-notch, with courteous and friendly staff ready to assist at all moments. The central location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the main square, making exploring the old town and visiting the Christmas market incredibly convenient. The dining experience was comfortable, and the breakfast was a good start to the day. Overall, a great value for the money.

Staying at this hotel was a joy, especially with small children. The room overlooked the Christmas Market square and was surprisingly quiet even with construction nearby. Although lacking a fridge, the room was spacious enough. The service, while mostly accommodating, did have some issues. The location was superb for exploring museums, churches, and restaurants. Dining was enjoyable, though a bit limited. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor drawbacks.
