nice staffstrong air conditioning
the staff showed patience, especially when i asked for glasses of ice multiple times a day.. breakfast offered everything one needed. i found the staff to be very nice.
The air conditioning was a little too strong. It created a noticeable draft regardless of where one sat.

The reception welcomed early access ahead of the scheduled time. The location proved central, conveniently near markets and tour meeting points. Staff stored our luggage due to my tardiness for a tour upon arrival. The hotel ensured gluten-free breakfast options upon request. Clean rooms provided an additional comfort.
The mattress lacked needed firmness the pillows were very soft.

The hotel is beside the main square in the Altstadt. The building offers access to attractions and nearby amenities. I could easily walk to city restaurants from here.

the location is really good (right in the heart of everything). the staff were efficient and helpful. breakfast offered a lot of variety. they provided free still water bottles each morning until breakfast ended.
the air conditioning was minimal, so the room didn't get very cool. there was no fridge in the room. i could have used that to keep drinks cool. the mattress was a little too soft for my preference.
